Where verification cannot be completed to milwin's satisfaction, milwin may restrict or terminate the relevant account. All deposits made prior to a verification failure remain subject to milwin's review prior to release.
Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) milwin account only. The registration of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where milwin identifies multiple accounts linked to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and funds held pending investigation.
During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes but is not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of any outstanding balance.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your milwin account credentials, including your username and password. milwin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify milwin support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
milwin reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for the refusal.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name and linked to your verified milwin account. milwin does not accept deposits from third parties on a player's behalf. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed and the relevant account may be suspended.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your milwin account dashboard at the time of transaction. These limits may be adjusted from time to time without prior notice.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the completion of identity and payment verification. milwin aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the platform, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. milwin is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking partners.
milwin reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, including requests for source-of-funds documentation, where it considers this necessary for compliance or risk management purposes. Withdrawal requests may be held pending the outcome of such checks.
Deposits are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are denominated in PKR. milwin does not operate multi-currency accounts.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any milwin intellectual property without prior written consent from milwin.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, milwin's total liability to you in connection with the platform — whether arising from contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

milwin will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with third parties only where necessary to operate the platform — for example, with payment processors for transaction completion, or with regulators where required by applicable law or our licensing obligations.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to milwin's legal record-keeping obligations. Requests should be directed to the milwin support team.
You may request closure of your milwin account at any time by contacting support. Where your account holds a positive real-money balance with no outstanding wagering requirements, milwin will process a withdrawal of the available balance to your verified payment method following account closure.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your milwin account or a specific transaction, you should contact milwin's customer support team in the first instance via live chat or by writing to the support email address. milwin aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a full response within 14 days of receiving all relevant information.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through milwin's internal complaints process, the matter may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body designated under milwin's international gaming license. Details of the applicable escalation route are available from the milwin support team.
You agree that you will not initiate a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider as a first resort for a disputed transaction. Chargebacks initiated without first exhausting milwin's complaints process constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
milwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, milwin will provide reasonable notice to registered players — either via email, a platform notification, or by displaying a prominent notice on milwin.bio — prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the milwin platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
